~bob: The service totally stinks. I called * times to request service and waited nearly one hour, then ** mins, then ** minutes for a response. When I finally got a live person, she was extremely rude, told me she was connecting me to a service number and then hung up. I still have no service appointment booked and have no idea how to get one.
