~jythoma: I had a horrific experience with a customer service rep on yesterday. I asked to be connected with a manager and was put on hold for about ** minutes. I abandoned the call and believe it was never transferred to a supervisor due to the flippant and discourteous interaction I had with the apparently level * representative. I called today, using this number and was immediately transferred to a supervisor and my issue was handled timely, courteously and efficiently. Whereas, I was mishandled on yesterday I was appropriately handled by management. The information contained on this site was a extremely informative regarding me reaching personnel that assisted me with all areas of my concern. Thank you!
