~CalJockMom: No one does "Guest" services better than Disney. My issue was resolved quickly and politely. The agent was kind, empathetic and funny. This is why I always shop directly with Disney. I always know they appreciate me as a customer. Just wish other companies could learn what Disney has known forever: happy customers come back and spend more and more and more.
