GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Dotster customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anti-dotster: I cannot, in words, express the amount of grief that Dotster has caused me. Weeks upon weeks of submitting support tickets with no response (I don't live in the USA so phoning was not an option). Finally, once back in North America, I was able to call to try to get them to allow my domains to be transferred to another registrar. This proved to be next to impossible and after hours and hours of being on the phone and numerous phone calls, it was finally done. This is something simple that is completely automated with other registrars. I can only recommend to steer-clear of Dotster...

~Anti-dotster: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anti-dotster: For that I would say one out of five.
