GetHuman-170652: I talked to the support people a month ago about emails that are sent through my domain getting bounced back to the senders. After a day or so, they sent an email, saying they have it fixed. Well, I'm still having issue, and they are sending it back to the engineers again.*On top of that, they sold a domain out from under me.

GetHuman-170652: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-170652: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Dotster's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-170652: For that I would say one out of five.
