~KellyH's review of Dropbox customer service
GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Dropbox customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~KellyH: I had a pro acct for awhile because I assumed that the reliability would improve and also the upload speeds would be faster. I got frustrated because that was NOT the case and closed my account eventhough I had time left. I recently opened a free acct with them and I see nothing has changed at all. I took a screen shot of the upload window (** minutes left of a **Mb file) The service is sometimes quick... most of the time NOT! Don't buy an account thinking it will improve is all I can say!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Dropbox. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Dropbox problem?
~KellyH: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~KellyH: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Dropbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~KellyH: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Dropbox customers?
~KellyH: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Dropbox to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~KellyH taken from his Dropbox customer service problem that occurred on November 15th, 2017.
