~I hate Duquesne Light: I had an absolutely awful time trying to reach a real person at duquesne light. The number was constantly busy, preventing me from even reaching the machine. When I did get the machine, it just would not let me talk to a person, which I absolutely needed to do. I spent half an hour on the phone before I googled get human. This prompt worked in * minute. I wish I had tried it earlier. Duquesne Light is a terrible company that sent my final bill when I moved out of state and then out of the country to my old house. It's a final bill! Don't they understand that I don't live there anymore! If you can avoid them, you should! Best of luck reaching a real person...
