~Annoyed!?!: I phone e.on on a daily basis as part of my job. I could easily spend a whole afternoon waiting for a human to answer, being passed from dept to dept, on hold etc. It would be so much easier to have one contact within e.on to deal with my custom. Afterall i am providingWhat happened to customer service??

~Annoyed!?!: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about E.ON's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Annoyed!?!: For that I would say four out of five.

~Annoyed!?!: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for E.ON to know who you are.
