~Steve P: Pissed Off...!*Had a gas meter safety inspection, the engineer said I've got a leaking gas meter. Its dangerous and needs changing ASAP. I've been messed around by the appaling EON delinquent "service". one hour later, multiple calls to god knows how many numbers and departments, back on hold and now still no further forward to getting Eon to arrange an Emergency engineer out..... How **** they are

~Steve P: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Steve P: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about E.ON's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Steve P: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other E.ON customers?
~Steve P: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for E.ON to know who you are.
