~robert chapman: tried several times with no real help.it gets real frustrating when your not an expert with the computer and explain this teto custermer service techs and still don't get the answers or help. also getting pushed off saying i can't stay on phone with you while you are trying to do what they say to do and then after you hang up with the tech. it still doesn't work you then call back and have to go through the same expanation to get the same type of help which is again nothing.
