GetHuman-305703: It is unfortunate that a toll has had to be set up. However it may be a boom for businesses on the far side of one's journey, to have to wait for the non peak hours. I will now have to group Doctor appointments to minimize use of the tunnels or find an alternate route. Through the current administration and money sucking programs I get to pay for things that are totally not nessesary. This makes living in the Tidewater*Hampton Roads area now more difficult. I am ready to leave now. What about the poor folks that have to take the tubes everyday for work? what about the Military? These people are the bread and butterof the community. Way to support our Military!
