~Annoyed in VA: Long wait* representative was pleasant, but kept saying she could not hear me (poor equipment at their end?) but finally got resolution for PART of the problem. She said she would transfer me to another State customer service person for the other problems (my transponder stopped working during a trip) and never did transfer me. :(
