~Denise: I rented a car at BWI on ***that I liked and I tried to call back to Enterprise at BWI and this hatefull oriental or asian speaking woman was so very rude to me!! I told her when I called that I would like to have the specifics of the car that I had rented because I was interested in purchasing a car just like it. You would have thought I asked her to cut off her arm!! She yelled at me and asked why I needed the infomration and then when I told her what I needed the information for she hung up on me!!
