Shaffer: We rented a truck in Anchorage Alaska got charged for fish smell in the vehical $***.** we had no fish in the truck we were sight seeing this cost Enterprise way more than the cost they charged on my creit card i have over *** family members from hunting and fishing guides to travel agents pay back is a ***** it is on face book and no one can go to alaska and not smell like fish been there * times the smell probably came from our clothing and boots from fishing earlier in the week is move will cost them thousands i am a HVAC serice manager in Pittsburgh PA i quess customer service is not there priority.
