~Echo: Had for an Epson Work Force **** inkjet for * wks. The paper would not feed. The take up part which feeds the paper just kept cycling. Called support, and was escalated to another human. They sent a refurbished replacement which had the same problem. Called again and spoke with * people without a long wait. Ask them if they would send me a better model which they agreed to send a new printer, not refurbished. Spoke to them late Thursday and expect new printer to arrive either Monday or Tuesday. Have been an Epson printer user for many years. This is the first time I have had to call with a complaint.

~Echo: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Echo: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Epson's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Echo: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Epson customers?
~Echo: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Epson to know who you are.
