~Bbn Bob: I got a new Epson printer. Just barebones printed instructions enclosed* you're supposed to download the rest.**So I got to the point where I needed some advice on what to do next. Anticipating a lot of folderol with the furnished printed number, I got one from GetHuman.**There, I had about a minute's worth of prompts, then was connected to Kamille. She answered my question forthwith, and then walked me thru the next steps patiently and knowledgeably (I have little doubt that had I tried this via the manual, I would have ended up a raving maniac), till I was totally set up.**MAJOR bonus: the furnished * was not ***, but the GH * is. So I got ** minutes worth of advice for free, which otherwise would have cost me mucho.**This is about the *th time I've turned to GH, and I'm just awed by how much they've helped me. Saying somebody is "the best" is now a cliche, but in Gh's case it's an understatement.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Epson. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Epson problem?
~Bbn Bob: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bbn Bob: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Epson's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Bbn Bob: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Epson customers?
~Bbn Bob: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Epson to know who you are.
