GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Epson customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Chief Buzzard: I have called and worked with different ones in two days at both tier one and two. Time on phone, with toll *, *st: **min. *nd **min *rd **min. Was told they could not solve problem and would send it up to tier * and they would call the next day...it's been two days now. Called tonight had to start at bottom of tiers and keep explaining the problem. Finally learned that since it had already been assigned no one else could help...that person was not available and it would probably be Monday (*more days) before they would call. ** minutes wasted. Worse experience I have ever had with any company's Support!!

~Chief Buzzard: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Chief Buzzard: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Epson's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Chief Buzzard: For that I would say five out of five.

~Chief Buzzard: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Epson to know who you are.
