~TEE JAY: Manila call center this guy is very patient and helped me wade through several issues with their ink cartridges. If I may say, you'r ink delivery system *REALLY REALLY *** I MEAN REALLY ***.

~TEE JAY: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~TEE JAY: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Epson's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~TEE JAY: For that I would say five out of five.
