GetHuman-428308: Foreign call center with poor English. ask where agent was and they are not allowed to answer (no surprise for Equifax publishing bogus data on consumers) I'll have to wait * weeks before I get "report" such that I can clean the mess Equifax has caused. simply not a reputable company in comparison to their competitors. the only positive note is that this * gets a human when their website does not even "work" and the other numbers Equifax steers you to are nothing but non functioning useless automated ****.

GetHuman-428308: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-428308: For that I would say four out of five.
