~Anonymous : I got a call from my bank about suspicious activity on my account and I wanted to put an initial fraud alert on my account and the automated system would not allow me to so I needed to speak to someone in a hurry. The service rep told me there was a request to REMOVE my fraud alert. The rep did ulitmately help me with my request but kept trying to take liberties with enrolling me in various subscription products first and I shoud only have to say "No, thank you" once. I still have the remaining issue of not being able to receive my annual credit report. Its been several years and she finally said although I was "ineligible", she would mail me a complimentary copy? Equifax is just consistantly the most difficult of the * bureaus to try to work with. My issue today was only partially resolved.
