~dorothy ehmsen: I have contacted ** phone numbers to n response was horrible. Contacted this number *********** n spoke with a person who was not fluent in understanding or speaking the english language. the static was horrendous inaudible as well. *I have been billed $*.** per month for no initial report and or follow up reports. no communication from your company at all. All these months i have been paying for nothing. thank you.

~dorothy ehmsen: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
