~matt: I was having trouble with the online dispute form they were telling me to fax stuff. she took all my info over the phone. she kind of put me through the ringer identifying questions but that was ok. she confirmed the disputed item had already been removed, told me why the online was saying my info was wrong (address mismatch) and told me how to fax in my id to fix that. Outstanding contact ***.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Equifax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Equifax problem?
~matt: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~matt: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~matt: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Equifax customers?
~matt: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Equifax to know who you are.
