~nathanhall: It is literally impossible to get through to a human being on this phone tree. I have a bloody confirmation number but the stupid computer keeps saying "i'm sorry. i'm sorry. i didn't understand you. the number you entered is. i'm sorry, you've exceeded the multiple amount of tries." then it hangs up on you. this happened five times in a row. i just want to correct my address and writing them doesn't work either. i hate this company so much it's giving me an ulcer. i don't believe in the concept of **** unless it means this company will be punished in the afterlife. - nathan hall, **, anchorage, ak

~nathanhall: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~nathanhall: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~nathanhall: For that I would say two out of five.
