GetHuman-49161: i am so thankful for this "trick" to get a real human!! She was very helpful and offered to share my alert with the other credit agencies and for a free credit report when i explained that i got a suspicious possible phishing phone call. the only thing i wasnt completely happy with was she did not want to take no for an answer to the offer of credit monitoring for *** a month. everything else was great. and her accent wasnt so thick that you couldnt understand her. thank you again
