~anonymous: you told me * times a service rep would come to my house to fix my power outage on thursday and friday. Nothing. Now I have no power for the weekend. Having absolutely no way to reach a human from Friday at *pm until Monday at *am is absolutely unbelievable. Worst company ever.

~anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Eversource's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say one out of five.
