GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Eversource customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-49813: When they put my phone number in the system someone transposed numbers therefore they could not pull up my account. They shut the power off on an ** year woman without giving her the curtesy of a phone call. Oh yeah right they screwed up the phone number so how could they. Also now she has to throw away and entire refrigerator full of food. Not only couldn't the bill be paid now she has to throw out all her food. Way to go ever source. U ****
