~Unhappy bunny: Absolutely appalling. Booking cancelled by hotel rather than Expedia. One hour and a half on the phone but no one able to take responsibility and was passed to another person . No body able to understand the issue. Unbelievably incompetent. I shall never ever use Expedia again. Verging on corrupt.
