~Recreation traveler: HORRIBLE! Expedia sent me an email to call them because the airline had changed my flight. I called, transferred a total of * times but not before each agent interrogated me about why I was calling (I don't know, you told me to call!) a ** minute phone call for something that should have taken * minutes. I hope Expedia is saving a TON of money by outsourcing because they've just lost one good customer.
