~tails: I booked a flight last night, except I didn't. I pressed that last button and my card was billed. Then I was told the seats were all full. Problem is I can't even consider booking another flight because I have a $**** charge pending on my account. I was told by the CS person that they needed to have a * way call with the bank to get it reversed. The bank rightly said that they needed a direct call from Expedia. The person I was talking to put me on hold, stating something about contacting his helpdesk. I have now been waiting ANOTHER ** minutes, without resolution, and without my money! I will not use Expedia again. EVER
