GetHuman-371575: I asked about rewards points with the first customer service rep and she transferred me to another rep. I have been waiting on the phone for over ** minutes just to see if I can use it for the next plane ticket purchase. I think that's a pretty simple question to answer the first time around.

GetHuman-371575: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-371575: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
