GetHuman-373120: I did not receive a hotel confirmation until I requested it on *******, two days prior to my travel. According to your rep, my email address had been entered incorrectly. I needed to make a change in my reservation so I called the hotel. I was told they could not change it* Expedia had to do it. The next rep (Lila) at Expedia said she needed to get permission from the hotel to change it. The manager was not available, so nothing has been done so far. The reservation needs to be changed from * nights to * (****-****) to coincide with my flight schedule, arriving on the *th and departing on the *th. The responsibility for this rests on Expedia's shoulders. Please do your job and take care of it. Credit my card for the *rd night.
