GetHuman-78390: I will never use them again. Had a problem and have been trying to get it fixed for * weeks! I hold for over an hour and keep getting disconnected. They take my number and say they will call back if it happens again and they never do. I am now on hold for the *th time in * weeks and still no answers. I will never recommend them to anyone, nor will I EVER use them again. Horrible Horrible customer service. BEWARE if you have a problem its a headache!!
