~Traveler C: Trying to book ticket online, first transaction is work fine just take very long time to processed. Need second booking, that was a nightmare. Took me all night but "erro" show so no ticket. Call the next day to try to book with them cause we booked four tickets already so we stuck with them. Others members need more ticket on same flight. The phone experience was terrible! After speeded over ** minutes on phone try to book two tickets after all that she said " there was an error, let me transfer you to customer service please hold". So I hold for over ten minutes guess what! I got hang up! I call back , hold time is * minutes and some one say hello then hang up again! Terrible! Speeded my whole night last night and whole morning today just try to get * tickets.
