GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Experian customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Lisa: I didn't think this number would work but I'm glad I found it. I've called every number I could find, since I needed to speak to an actual human to help fix my issue with an error on my report. A woman answered right away and said she needed to transfer me to another department. I got upset and explained how I was tired of being transferred and that the lines would cut off after being on hold for so long. She said she would help and transferred the call. After no more than a minute of being on hold, Caleb answered. The agent Caleb was extremely helpful. He listened to me complain and whine but was still very nice and he patiently helped me work through resolving my issue.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Experian. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Experian problem?
~Lisa: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Lisa: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Experian's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Lisa: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Experian customers?
~Lisa: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Experian to know who you are.
