GetHuman-77865: Wow, this really worked. I tried to call the number on the credit report and there was no way that I could tell to get a live person. Not only that. I tried to make a dispute on line and never confirmation. That's why I wanted a live person. When I spoke to the live person, she didn't even see the dispute in my file. But she very easily took the information for the dispute from me. This was awesome.

GetHuman-77865: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-77865: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Experian's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-77865: For that I would say four out of five.

GetHuman-77865: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Experian to know who you are.
