GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Express Scripts customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~another brick in the wall: Medoco used to be almost this bad, but they changed and became customer sensitive. Giving this outfit a single star is too high, they deserve a negative star for being useless, lying, not following their owm policies, failing to keep complete records of calls and treating customers like an annoyance. Every call produces different answers, but no solutions. They even admitted to violating federal laws, but since you don't get a name, they are safe from procecution. If you are self abusive, I recommend them. If you die because they refuse to fill your Rx, you may qualify for a refund. This is the future of health care. I guess we have to get used to it. They could learn from Medco, but I'm sure they only care about corporate profits like most others. I am dumping them ASAP and buying direct from the Pharmacy out of pocket. It's better for my blood pressure.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Express Scripts. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Express Scripts problem?
~another brick in the wall: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~another brick in the wall: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Express Scripts's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~another brick in the wall: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Express Scripts customers?
~another brick in the wall: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Express Scripts to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~another brick in the wall taken from his Express Scripts customer service problem that occurred on October 28th, 2017.
