I dont understand why they dont see this as an issue since when you call and have excruciating wait times your probably doing something wrong for you to constantly be busy. Get it together ESA. This is just obserd that you think you can trat your guest this way. And after i sat on hold they told me when i came back to the reservation department that they were closed so the hour wait i had they left know we were waiting for them
