GetHuman-368260: I found my fabric on sale * days after I purchased it. I tried emailing to ask for the difference since the fabric had not been shipped out yet and received no response. I then tried calling and was told I could speak to a manager only to receive voice mail. After * days later, I still have not received an email or a phone call back.

GetHuman-368260: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
