GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-byadega: Hi! So a few weeks ago someone tried to enter into my facebook account so I had to reset me password. I tried to log in today but I had forgotten my password and had to reset it and its telling me I have to wait ** hours to be able to use facebook. I think this is absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn't care except for the fact that I have links and information in my messages and on my page that I need to access. I need this hold removed.

GetHuman-byadega: For that I would say one out of five.

GetHuman-byadega: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
