~maiazum: FB blocked my account. Yesterday I let the laptop online at home, and when I came home my FB account was logged out. I tried to log in but there was a window where Facebook asked my first and last name and my ID card to send them. I didn't want to give these and I tried to skip but the window came always back. Than I gave what they wanted and than they blocked my account. I got mail from them that they blocked the account because they think I don't use my real name???!!! I wrote to that email address that I want my account back but no answer....Maybe it's a virus or someone tries to get ID cards for cheating. I read that there are other people who are also blocked by FB and with this same **** I wrote to Mr Zuckerberg here, maybe he will answer me.*I lost every photos from the last *-* years what I loaded up here. My pc is broken a week ago so I lost all my photos.

~maiazum: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~maiazum: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~maiazum: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Facebook customers?
~maiazum: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
