~gianna cynthia janet carr: I am being blocked out of my Facebook account because they told me that I tried too many times to log into my account! I understand security issues but I waited at least * hours and I still can not get in to change my password! I want my old password and anything that is close to it is NOT allowed. I need this password because I will not forget it and I want it back! There is no one at FB to talk to. This is unacceptable.

~gianna cynthia janet carr: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
