GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Facebook customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-claunst: I am beyond livid, for some reason you have disabled my ability to add money from my debit card. So in game chat they tell me to go and get a facebook card and I can add it. Well guess what, it won't let me so now I have wasted $**.** and I still can't add to my account so I can play Dog Bingo. I sent in tickets, no response. Friends told me it might take * weeks or longer for you to give me a response. I am not happy about that time frame. If I had that kind of wait period at work I would be fired. Please get on top of this and enable my account so I can add this gift card. Believe me, it will be the last time I waste any money on this site.
