~Cyndy Armstrong: I have asked that my mothers account be memorialized or closed since her death in ****. It remains open and when her picture popped up on a game offering me a gift that was enough. I can't speak to a person and sending requests are not working

~Cyndy Armstrong: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
