~Vee: I've sent many requests to have my account removed from disabled which was disabled because of a harassing stalker and I keep getting back we are sorry but you've reached an unsupported email for your problem for help go to the help page. I need my account back because it has pics of my deceased husband and grand children I don't get to see and their births! Any other advice?

~Vee: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Vee: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Facebook customers?
~Vee: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
