~ran ma: how about FB give me the option to verify my account via email or phone instead of making me guess some people on my friends list? ..im sure im not the only one who adds*accepts only known people..i mean, what if I know the name of the person but they changed it to something else?..come on..i have access to the main email..why would i send you a photo of my personal ID's? ..it's my account..give it back to me.. I can verify it..let me use my phone number or the yahoo email.

~ran ma: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ran ma: For that I would say one out of five.
