~Pete Demon: there needs to be live phone support. my account is locked down, i sent an email report. the response after i sent email, alerted me to the fact that most of the emails sent to them are not read personally

~Pete Demon: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Pete Demon: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Pete Demon: For that I would say one out of five.
