~unhappy customer: Dallas was very helpful. I am however very upset with the Fairfield in Sierra Vista, AZ. My fiance, Troy Miller is also. He spoke with the manager who was not helpful at all, he couldn't understand her and she had no clue what she was doing. This was a horrible experience and will not give that Fairfield a good review at all. I still cannot believe that we have to wait * - * business days for a credit and still be charged two separate charges on my account with the possibility of a THIRD and STILL NO CREDIT. I give all "*" to the Fairfield in Sierra Vista, AZ.
