~Dick : Fairfield in downtown San Antonio is the worst one I ever stayed in. The pool area next to the hotel was open until **PM with kids screaming and yelling the whole time. It was near midnight before all these unruly kids finally exited the hallways and one could get some rest. The bedding pillows were terrible, like marshmellows and very uncomfortable. No microwave or refrig. in the room unless you pay extra. Sound proofing to the outside is terrible and you can hear all the street noise a block away. All this after paying $** a night just to park your car and a high room price. DON'T STAY IN THIS **** HOLE!!!
