~dreamy: I would never recommend family mobile to anyone. Horrible customer service, horrible service! I went to pay my bill that was cut off any they didn't cut me back saying I owed them another month bill because I was still getting charged even though my phone was off. Every time I pulled my account up they never showed it but told me I had to pay in order to reconnect my services paid it and they canceled my services and after numerous calls to try to it back activated they told me I have to wait **-** hours before it gets back activated. I plan on switching services asap do not waste your time!
