GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-grannag: I ordered * youth sized Panthers Superbowl t-shirts for my grandsons, who live in Alabama but are from NC originally. I tried to check on the shipping status and could not. Finally, on the Friday before the game I called your offices. The gentleman I talked to was very nice. The packaged had not shipped. I explained how important this was. He put me on hold and after a few minutes came back on and reassured me it would be sent overnight, and that the boys would receive their shirts in time for the big game. They did not. Additionally, the tracking number you eventually sent me did not work. I even called FedEx and they had no record of the package. I received notice last night that it should be there today. But it's * days too late. It just will not be the same. This has nothing to do with the Panthers losing. It has everything to do with an * year old and a ** year old watching the big game with the team's shirt on. I probably will never order from your company again. *. It was not shipped as promised. *. I couldn't even track the package. *. I was given false hope -- and told the boy's they would be getting a special package - which did not happen in time for the game. *. I'm not even sure it will get there today because my orig. tracking number is incorrect.
